The prices include VIP comfort for horses and riders: 

- Horses get individuál care (according to wishes of their owner). 

- All boxes are equipped with heated drinking throughs. 

- Floor covering of the boxes with straw, sawdust or hay (according to wishes of their owner). 

- Horses get hay from our own ecologically farmed meadows. 

- 10 ha of pasture adjecant to our farm. Upon agreement with owner (and if weather allows) horses can go to pasture land,  either in groups of horses or individually. 

- All pastures feature a solidly built horse shelter including heated drinking through.  

- Room for horse saddles

- Lounge for riders including kitchen, restroom and shower

- The farm is protected by a kamera system. 

- Our clients get guest access to a selected number of cameras and can observe their horse via camera. 

- Use of riding hall 20m x 40m equipped with 3-stage lighting and watering system. The riding hall is a high quality construction built in years 2020-2022 with massive stone walls and airy wooden roof. It is partially buried into the ground. This leads to pleasant inside temperature also during hottest summer days and confortable warmth during winter. Access to the riding hall is via 3 ramps. 

- Use of open air riding arena 20m x 40m with lighting (available from appr. Nov 2023). Due to its position elevated above ground it offers a pleasant view onto surroundings fields and pastures. 

- Use of circular riding arena (15m diameter) in the central court of the farm. 

All riding arenas are equipped with surface consisting of rubber mats and high quality sand surface consisting of specialized riding arena sand and geotextile elements. 

From approximately summer 2024 onwards we additionally offer wellness amenities. (their use needs to be agreed on with the owner beforehand) :

- possibilty to use private wellness islands (hot pot and sauna) with view on pasture or inside the riding hall

- possibility to use private swimming pool heated all year round. The swimming pool includes also summer terrace, toilet, shower, changing room and shallow water area for children. 

In order to keep our horse stable exclusive, the maximum number of permanently stabled horses is limited to 21 horses and 4 ponys.
